It is my privilege to announce that next season, I will be continuing my work at Deutsche Oper Berlin as an official member of their Ensemble! These last 8 months have been the most exciting time of my life. I have met so many wonderful friends and colleagues, learned an insane amount of repertoire (17 roles and almost 60 performances!) And made not only my European debut, but my Korean debut as well!
Thank you to everyone who has been in my corner and cheered me on thus far! I am so grateful for each and every one of you ❤️. More news will be coming in the not too distant future.

This week, I had the privilege of performing at The Opera Foundation's 39th annual Gala in New York City. In 2024, The Opera Foundation's support allowed me to move to Germany and start my European career in the care of @deutscheoperberlin . I would not be here without them so I cannot thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to truly shine!

On Sunday, I had the pleasure of performing one of my favorite art songs for the first time ever! As part of the Aspen Music Festival and School, we host three art song concerts throughout the summer. When I saw my assignments in April, I was overjoyed! This was paired with another one of my favorite Schubert Ballads: Der Zwerg.
Thank you so much to the incredible @dan_jeongmin who not only played the piece with incredible emotion and skill, but had only just learned the piece for this concert!!
I'm incredibly grateful to have officially wrapped up my first season with @deutscheoperberlin . It’s been an intense, challenging, and deeply rewarding year.

Inspired by my good friend @stevo_marsh91 who recently made a time-lapse of his own. This is my 30 minute makeup call for Harasta in Das Schlaue Füchslein with the @deutscheoperberlin . This has quickly become one of my favorite costumes I've ever performed in and my first time having a silicone mold made of my nose and ears!
I woke up this morning to the most beautiful sight: Seoul's first snow of the season! So before rehearsal started, I hiked to a Buddhist Temple I've been planning on visiting so I could see it in it's true glory!! What a beautiful country, and I only have two weeks left here. 😭
