On the 11th of May, I shared some wisdom, a short sound bath and gave a taster of the tuning forks I use in my 1-1 healing sessions at @raveenmalaya workshop series UNBECOMING.
This workshop was all about how sound is a powerful medicine so I was happy to be apart of the day and share my expertise.
Not only healing but education around sound therapy is one of my passions. We dont value enough how sound can affect us in deeply positive ways and we are not conscious enough about the harmful things that we hear. We can control what we taste and smell and touch but sound is always over looked and yet in some ways can have the worst effects if misused.

Deep jungle meets healing frequencies 🌿🔊
“Love Leads” with @nadiyah_at_reikihut23 & @japateaching from @hut23.life is the first release on my new label @resonancerecordingsuk 〰️ a home for music that resonates emotionally, spiritually and physically through a soundsystem ✨
Hut23 is a collaborative healing and transformational space built around music, sound, vibration and therapeutic practices 🌿✨ More than a fixed group, it’s an evolving collective where different people come together to share energy, creativity and connection through ceremony and sound.
The track came about naturally after Breeze and Hut23 helped organise an event together in 2024, blending live drums, folk instruments and healing vocals over deep jungle and DnB through a soundsystem. The fusion of raw rave energy with something more spiritual and human felt really powerful, and “Love Leads” grew from wanting to capture that feeling in the studio.
Come my people! I'm hosting a lovely Om chanting Circle and Kirtan in collaboration with @omnom that hopefully will lead to a regular spot to come together as community and lift up the vibration of the world!

If we listened more, really listened to each other and what our own sweet heart is whispering, love would be the only action. My Gurudev always says in response to the question “how do we know what to do, what voice do we listen to inside” He says “ the first thing you hear from inside that is love and that is what you should do, but we dont listen to this voice, the ego, the mind kicks in and we doubt, we have no faith therefore we do not trust so how can there be love”

how? we have intentionally dedicated ourselves to a container completely committed to the inner pilgrimage, 6 months of constant ceremony to find the union of self, each other and the Divine.
as we held hands on the beach in Goa for our closing ceremony, along with sacred oil from an alchemist and offerings for mother ocean, we reflected on the depth of our journey…
we have learnt softness. we have learnt the eternal light. we have learnt how to journey together.
we have learnt about space, about timelessness about the container of life. we have learnt how to speak to the land and the spirits so the can move us and play us. we have learnt how to listen and how to allow.
we have learnt how to respond with love, patience, freshness.
we have learnt how to be patient and how to pray. we have learnt of the highest taste, our highest sense… and now our internal experience is changed.
we are bringers of light, our aura extends out as a healing hand, it serves.
and with the development of our path, we will be sharing the offerings birthed from our divine union soon and invite you to be part of our family.

While travelling in Egypt we went to a place at the bottom of the Nile called Aswan. In Aswan we meet the local people called the Nubians, they looked like me ( they called me Cousin a-lot). On a small island next to Aswan called Elephantine Island I met a lovely Nubian Elder, he was an keeper of Nubian songs and artefacts. After a quick lesson in the rhythms of this Nubian frame drum I sang the mantra of my spiritual path in @bhaktimarga
My body and soul expression became one. In that moment I became a “Nubian Bhakta”
