March 6th, 5:23 am, weighing 9 lbs, 2.4 oz., we welcomed the newest addition to the family, and now that we’re home and have had the time to get our bearings straight, we’d like to introduce you to Bowen Matthew Parslow.
Thank you all for the love and support these last 9 months. All of the help and supplies you’ve given us haven’t gone unnoticed, and as we catch up on this new journey in life, we can’t wait to share this boy’s life with you along the way.

Today is my favorite person in the world’s birthday, so do me a favor and wish @shmoney a happy birthday as a non-mother before we’re celebrating with a kid next time around the sun. Love you hon, and can’t wait to do this next chapter along with you.
10 years ago felt like both yesterday and an entire lifetime ago, and boy do I yearn for the peace we felt back then before we knew what things would become. I’m happy for the lessons, the love, the friends, and the journey, but… we could turn the amp down a little right now.
From producing a feature to start the year, to traveling to Hawaii, to directing 2 feature length projects in LA and GA as well as a few ads and other productions, and taking my work far more seriously, to protesting and documenting protests, to finding out that we’ll be parents in the new year, and finally to working with a major news organization and seeing family, friends, and pet pals, I can safely say this was a one of massive changes, major gains, and unbelievable shifts in my world, and I couldn’t be more grateful for these moments and the people who surround us. Thank you all for a wild year, and I’m looking forward to continuing shifts, growth, and fatherhood in 2026, and I can’t wait to share it with you all!
Sometimes you gotta put a production together to get an idea across the line, and this Guinness spec ad was no different. Had a concept that hadn’t been done yet, and as I continue to build more commercial directing work, felt this was the perfect opportunity to work with some of the best collaborators in the business, all while working with some of the coolest tools. LA peaceful protesters showed up today and really gave the administration a very, VERY small look at what they’ll be up against if they continue their tyrannical march towards fascism under the guise of “patriotism.” They’ve sullied the word patriot by their actions, and this country and ALL of its people will be there to show them what it really means to fight for your country and your fellow human.
