Last night, @theindianparentpod was awarded Best Impact Podcast of the Year at the Moms League Global Summit 2025. What began as simple dinner table conversations between Nakuul and me about how we could raise ourselves better so we could show up better for our child has slowly grown into a space for honest, unfiltered sharing. A space for parents who want to feel seen, heard, and a little less alone. Post pregnancy, as a mother, TIPP gave me something I did not even know I was searching for. A voice. A place to finally speak the thoughts I have carried for years about parenting, life, and relationships. A space to connect with other parents in the same boat, to support, inspire, and remind each other that we are all figuring this out as we go. This recognition feels special because it tells us that these ideas are quietly reaching people not just parents, but anyone who wants to show up better in their relationships, whether as a parent, a partner, a child, or simply as a human being. And that, to me, is the true impact of TIPP. Many congratulations @avantika.says on this beautiful community you have created at @momsleagueglobal . To my partner in life and in parenting, @nakuulmehta , co creating this space with me. And to our children, who unknowingly pushed me into discovering parts of myself I did not know existed and into doing work I did not know I was capable of. Grateful. Grounded. And just getting started 🤍 PS A big shout out to @bingelabs.in & their young team, not even parents yet, but incredibly sharp and thoughtful minds, co producing TIPP alongside us. @divyeagarwal @aryanhainaa 💖

There are only 2 kinds of people 1. Folks who have kids. 2. Folks who choose to BE parents every single day. Hence, breaking the generational cycle of passing down your fears & traumas is the active commitment one needs to make. Isliye, Bacche to aise hi bade nahi ho jaate hain ❤️

Sometimes even a mother needs a friend 🤍 Meet mine - AI Mode in Google Search has become my go-to partner for our everyday moments of doubt… like finding a no maida pancake recipe for Sufi’s school tiffin in this case 👩🏻‍🍳 This Mother’s Day, maybe you need that friend too :) #Ad

Delighted to take The Indian Parent Pod 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 experience to my home state, Jaipur, Rajasthan, at the first edition of The U Matter Summit. We spoke with @mitakapur , founder and CEO of Siyahi, India’s leading literary consultancy, and a mother of three, about parenting in a hyper connected world. We explored the idea of the “endless scroll of parenting,” how dramatically the context of raising children has shifted from earlier generations, and what that does to the mental health and emotional landscape of parents today. What stayed with us most was how the session became a genuine two way exchange, parents across different stages of their children’s lives sharing openly, and an engaged audience asking thoughtful, relevant questions. One that stood out was to Jankee: what does your inner work as a parent look like? It’s in conversations like these that one finds a sense of grounding and reassurance in otherwise over informed, often under confident times. We also made a quick pit stop to pick up some local musical instruments for the kids before heading home the same night, just in time to reset for another school day. Grateful to the organisers, @ankurlohanikumar , @arushi_lohani , and @anubhavtyagi_______ for putting together such a meaningful summit. Until we see you again at another TIPP 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚, soon. 💚

A year into building The Indian Parent Pod, a question which kept coming back to us.. We’ve spoken so much about KIDS… but how much have we really spoken to them? And we reflected… and made a decision.. We are starting something new. Conversations with children, where the questions are honest, unexpected, and something we could not ever come up with. Because parenting is actually learning from the ones who teach us the most. Are we willing to listen?

In parenting, you get proof of everything. The spills ✅ The chaos ✅ The “I told you so” moments ✅ But marks from the diaper? You won’t get it. You won’t get it. We told you. 😄 Pampers Premium Care… so soft, babies wear it day and night with zero marks. Cause we care for the real softness for our Rumi. ♥️ #PampersPremiumCare #PampersIndia #YouWontGetIt #ParentingReality

Spent an afternoon moderating a really special, intimate session on lactation with the wonderful Radha Gupta from @allaboutbirthing at the @allthingsbabyindia store in Mumbai 🤍 The room was filled with moms and dads asking questions, sharing doubts, and just trying to feel a little more prepared and a little less alone as they step into this new journey. Grateful for spaces like this that make room for these conversations and partners like @hegenindia that are thoughtfully building products around a mother’s real needs, with so much intention and care. With their India launch, it’s nice to see that same focus on simplicity and functionality come through in a way that genuinely supports both baby and mother. Grateful to be part of something so meaningful ✨ #HegenIndia #HegenAtAllThingsBaby

There’s something powerful about taking conversations 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞. At the 7th edition of the India Kids Summit, we had one of our most engaged, insightful conversations with @iamtaran.jk , Chief Business Officer at KidZania. What unfolded was a deep dive into the emotional economy of parenting, how brands and companies can truly solve for children only when they understand what meaning and joy look like for both kids and their parents. Because at the end of the day, every choice made for a child begins in the mind and heart of a parent. To witness a room full of parents, brands, and industry voices leaning into these ideas, questioning, sharing, reflecting, it reminded us why The Indian Parent Pod exists. We feel incredibly grateful that this 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 chapter is traveling far and wide. It’s giving us the chance to meet parents in the real world, to listen more closely, to learn constantly, and to keep evolving with intention. Big props to our friend @siddharthalaik from The India Kids Summit for creating such a thoughtful ecosystem where parents, kids, and brands come together to build something truly meaningful. @theindianparentpod 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 experience 🩷
