Visited Jim’s parents this weekend - we cooked a bit of a fish feast @feastkitchendeli ! Tempura monkfish, Salcombe Smokie & homegrown salted cucumber salad, Asian Scallops with homegrown Pak Choy, Mussels in white wine and shed loads of garlic, Handpicked crab & herbs, Tuna Sashimi & garden beans! The best seafood we brought up from @catchofthedaykingsbridge and crab from @excelshellfish food for the soul - hopefully helped mend my mother in laws broken arm!! Xx 🦀

Frittatas were on our menu a few weeks ago - we had the most amazing Galmpton potatoes a friend of mine had grown on his land. And our own home grown spinach! Our little veg garden is growing and we love it xxx 😘
