I am currently working my way through the original Hellblazer run and can recommend it a lot. This cosplay is super comfy, so it will definitely be making more appearances at future conventions! I don't know when or if I willl ever wear my Stellan cosplay again, so I'm really happy to have some few final pictures of it in the backlog. SciFi Days Speyer 2025 was probably the last time I'll cosplay as Stellan for a long time, so I'm glad I took a few more photos before that chapter closed. I still have to edit some of them, but that’s another story. Thanks again to Vincent for helping me out with the editing here. Now it's time for new cosplays, though, and to leave Stellan behind. I've lost nearly 20 kg since then, so the cosplay is way too big. Still, I can wear suits more comfortably now. I suppose it's a fair exchange. I'm really looking forward to Comic Park Erfurt in two weeks and hopefully get some more amazing pics with newer cosplays. With a bit of kitbashing and borrowing some things from my other cosplays, I was able to put the green/Corellian Jedi ensemble back together for the Leipzig Book Fair. It was great fun wearing it again! For anyone interested: This cosplay is based on the Jedi from the X-Wing books by Michael A. It's super comfy to wear, and I'm looking forward to bringing it out again when I get the chance. I am also looking forward to share some of the other Pictures we took with @mopplthepic at lbm in the future. I chose to cosplay Kelsier because he's such a fascinating and tragic character (if we consider his current development). It's also because of the cool Mistcloak. Also, he's blonde and so am I. I tend to cosplay as blonde characters, although that's not always the case. The dagger was made by @anleo.cos , and I sadly lost it in the last few minutes of the convention. If you haven't read Mistborn or other Cosmere books by Brandon Sanderson yet, I highly recommend them. I also watched the Justice League Dark: Apokolips War animated movie last week, and I'm not a fan of the adaptation of John in this movie at all. They can't even say his name right and completely fail to capture his character, in my opinion. The galaxy is watching!" - Star Wars: Andor Character: Ghorman Front Member Location: Messe Stuttgart Picture: @elestreas_empire --------------------------------------------- This is my Ghorman Front cosplay from Comic Con Stuttgart. I know, I’m 1.5 months late posting about this, but whatever. I had so much fun, and the Andor meetup was amazing (the group picture will be posted soon, I hope lol). As a Star Wars Literature fan, it was soooo cool to finally see Ghorman actually getting something more than “yeah, Tarkin killed a lot of people here.” Considering how important it is for the Rebellion since the 1980s, it’s honestly unbelievable that it took until 2025 to get more than just mentions in some sourcebooks or novels. The Ghorman Front wrist/armband (barely visible in the show but still an important detail) was made by @anleo.cos --------------------------------------------- I’m really excited for 2026. I’ll be going to more conventions and especially doing cosplays outside of the galaxy far, far away. The first Convention will be LBM in March :) I’ll also try to work through the backlog of photos I have and post more (no promises tho). I will keep posting actively in my Stories as always. For light, life, and fun! ✨ On Sunday, the second High Republic Meet-up took place at the @technikmuseen_sinsheimspeyer . Once again, cosplayers from the books, The Acolyte, and, of course, the stylish Temple Guards came together. Although I planned it at short notice, a lively group came together again and it's really nice to see that a primarily literary era can enjoy so much representation and appreciation. Thank you for being there and making the meet-up something special every time. The books by authors such as @cavanscottwriter , @claudia_gray , @georgemannauthor , @charlesdsoule , @lydiakang and many, many more have created a very special era, and I can only recommend that everyone check them out.
