@nieveella well the time has arrived….drive is finally out today!!! Honestly can’t explain how much I love this song and how important it has been. Feels like it was the North Star we have all been following. A turning point in a journey of twists and turns . Where it all seemed to come together and make sense. Blessed to have written this with two of my besties Nieve and @finnmarl0w it really was a trial thru fire, done all in a day seemingly out of nowhere. @florence.road rabbits can swim is out and I’m crying. Not really many other songs which have the same amount of emotional meaning to me and my family than this one. I wrote this a month after Sonny was born, in an uncertain time personally and in the first session I ever did with the girls. It was a sliding doors moment as I wasn’t sure I was gonna even make it that day. Thank god I did. It has changed everything for me meeting those girls. I really do love them. this song encapsulates everything I love about what I do. It’s pure emotion and in its simplest form just about being human. Kizzy used to listen to the demo over and over whilst pushing the little man around in the buggy up and down Brighton seafront on repeat…it’s finally here for everyone to hear. A modern day classic. Good news! “Somersault Queen” by a living queen @ruby.robertss is finally out today. Was such a pleasure to work on 3 tracks from it with Ruby and my brother @kingwillywill It’s been a while in the making, but feels great that the world can finally hear it is in glory. It’s such a colourful, joyful EP and felt like a proper trip to be part of. The three of us have created a wonderful musical bond over the past year or so, from random sessions in Brighton, to countryside jaunts up to @thelarkstongue it’s been happiness throughout.
