of Houston to capture this stunning mountain retreat perched high above the town of Crested
Butte, with views that seem to stretch on forever.
The incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail truly shine throughout the home, giving it a
character and warmth that feel both timeless and distinctly mountain modern.
As always, it’s a pleasure to work alongside such an incredible team and to be part of bringing
such an amazing project to life.

We teamed up with Cushing Terrell to photograph Cadence Design Systems’ newly completed
office in Louisville, CO. Cadence develops high end engineering software, and their new space
reflects that same level of precision and innovation.
With limited access during business hours, the shoot began at 6:00 AM to avoid disrupting daily
operations. Several members of the Cushing Terrell team were on site to assist with staging and
step in as office personnel an effort that made all the difference in bringing the space to life.
As always, collaboration is key. A big thank you to everyone involved for the energy, attention to
detail, and teamwork that made this shoot a success. We truly appreciate the opportunity thank

We had the pleasure of photographing a truly exceptional project in Aspen for the talented interior designer Erin Kelly of Erin Kelly Interiors an inspiring blend of refined mountain elegance and thoughtful, livable luxury. Every detail, from the layered textures to the way natural light moves through the spaces, reflects a deep sense of craftsmanship and vision. It’s a project that not only photographs beautifully, but tells a cohesive, compelling story of design at its highest level.
Erin styled each shot with remarkable intention, always working a step ahead to refine every composition and draw out the subtle details and nuances within each space. Her eye for layering and balance elevated every frame, allowing us to create a set of images that feel both distinct and cohesive perfectly tailored to showcase the depth and individuality of her portfolio.

We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Willow Interior Design, Herder Custom
Homes, and Coburn Architecture to photograph a truly distinctive residence set along the East
River in Crested Butte, Colorado.
“Oriented to capture sweeping views of Mt. Crested Butte, the home is defined by a natural
material palette, clean architectural lines, and expansive operable windows that create a seamless
connection to the surrounding landscape and the calming presence of the river beyond”
In the lead up to the shoot, we worked closely with the team through extensive pre-planning and
careful consideration of weather conditions. An unusually dry winter in the Rockies meant
limited snow coverage at the time, and we look forward to returning to capture the home in a
different season.
A special thank you to Sally Johnson of Willow Interior Design, who went above and beyond in
preparing the interiors. Her attention to detail and dedication over several days on-site ensured
everything was dialed in something that makes all the difference in creating successful imagery.

A new year means new work—well, new work photographed last year, that is.
We teamed up with Tree Line Builders and Kelly & Stone Architects to capture a recently completed project overlooking the stunning Horsetooth Reservoir, just west of Fort Collins. The location alone made for an incredible shoot, with sweeping views that set the stage for something
truly special.
Paired with thoughtful architectural design and exceptional craftsmanship, this project stands out
as one of our top residential shoots of the year. It was a real honor to be part of bringing it to life.

We had the privilege of collaborating with an incredible team architect Jennifer Barvitski,
general contractor Evan Strauss, Trout Creek Engineering, stone mason Brad Dix, and Rivers
Edge Studio to capture this stunning home. Perched mountainside in Mt. Crested Butte, the
residence overlooks sweeping views of the West Elks, the East River, and the surrounding valley.
From the breathtaking setting to the thoughtfully curated interiors and artwork, every detail made
this project a dream to photograph and style. We’re honored to have helped bring this vision to
life through our lens.

With spring and summer right around the corner, it’s the perfect time for photographers to make
the most of any downtime refreshing websites, refining marketing campaigns, updating social
media, and tackling all the behind-the-scenes work that often gets pushed aside.
While updating our site today, I rediscovered this gem from a project we shot last fall here in
Crested Butte. The Outpost a boutique lodging experience was an incredible project, and we
were truly honored to capture the spaces for the owners, along with the talented team at Freestyle
Architects, the firm behind the design. No detail was overlooked—every element was
thoughtfully considered and beautifully executed.

This fall, we had the pleasure of teaming up with Davis Partnership Architects, Anderson Hallas Architects, FCI Construction, Raker Rhodes Engineering, and the City of Steamboat Springs to photograph the city’s new Town Hall and Fire Station.
The new 15,200-square-foot Steamboat Springs City Hall and Downtown Fire Station, located at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue in Steamboat Springs, is a modernized facility designed to replace outdated infrastructure. Construction began in May 2023, and the project features four apparatus bays, improved living quarters for firefighters, and expanded workspace for city staff.
A complex shoot in many ways, we wove through the process with a diligent shot list and thorough pre-planning. Project plans were shared with us by the team, and a detailed schedule for the shoot days was carefully outlined and distributed in advance. We coordinated closely to work around staff schedules and the active fire station operations. A team member from Davis was on the ground with us throughout the shoot, alongside city staff, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Once again, this project is a great example of teamwork at its best. Thank you to everyone involved for your collaboration, energy, and commitment to making these images truly shine.

Always a thrill to see a project we photographed featured in print! Home & Garden Colorado
showcased this stunning home in their recent winter issue on stands now.
This was a true collaboration. We partnered with I.D. Studio, led by Carolina Ailing; Andrew
Hadley; Miller Custom Homes; and Eric Naughon of Electrical Logic.
Perched at 9,500 feet, the home truly feels like it sits on top of the world, with endless views in
every direction. We couldn’t have asked for better conditions on a beautiful fall day with the trees
just reaching their peak color.
As with all successful shoots, this was a team effort from start to finish. Everyone weighed in
beforehand to align on the creative vision and photography goals. On shoot day, Carolina and her
team meticulously prepped and styled each space, ensuring every detail was camera-ready.
The final images are a testament to collaboration, preparation, and shared vision.
We’re grateful to everyone involved for making the day such a success and thank you again to Home & Garden
