After an arson attack this bastion of the Bushwick queer community was totally destroyed. Top Hat Construction was brought in to gut renovate. Thousands of feet of hand-laid penny tile, custom coved construction throughout, custom designed shelving, lighting, poured epoxy, mirrored archways, and many other details made for an intricate and extensively complex project. Go see it in person and dance - you will not be disappointed!

Completed Brutalist backyard oasis for a Brooklyn brownstone. Plantings to come in the spring! Hardwood fence, benches with storage, and planters, with integrated sconce lighting. We elected to use Ipé for this project - although it is known to be difficult to work with, it will last 75-100 years. PS see if you can spot the architectural relics.

Rudy you were the best dog there ever was.. better than most humans honestly. I’ll miss our tug of wars, cuddles, walks and everything else so much. But you had an awesome doggy life and for that I smile. Love you puppy.
