Weeks posts
Week 3 and the percentages have gone up just a bit. I'm really back to finding my groove on this bench. Was dealing with a lot of shoulder injuries going into the last meet. Being able to train and get all the reps in the last three chest training sessions is a game changer. July is going to be a good meet.

When your best friend tells you you're warm-up sets are complete ass you tell yourself at the top you have to focus. Sometimes we don't feel our best but when the bullet start flying it's time to go to war. It's good that you got somebody that you can trust that will push you past your limits or just do everything to make you better every day. Appreciate you brother. Thanks to the circle. The roar from the Lion's Den is soon comikg!

I have been dealing with some stability issues last few weeks of shoulder that was destroyed in accident that we never surgically fixed. We were able to hold more weight this week and press. After this deload next week and the magic of @kingtwin1 we will be back in the 400s in 2 weeks. Blessed this prep is going as good as could so far after just doing a meet and coming into both these meets with no rest after a horrible accident. I am blessed. Thanks to the circle and always Tom.

545 down to 435 3x3deficitsAnybody that saw me this weekend saw I couldn't stand straight up to save my life. People don't understand how easy they back can play tricks on us because I have no idea what I did. But we don't have any excuses we don't get stronger that way nor do we get better in life. Thanks to the circle. And thanks to Big Tom for making me better every day We are coming for the lions den to walk out the leader of the pack!

After a week off we are now in our fourth week of prep for the next meet not always a big fan of doing back-to-back Meats especially after coming off of devastating injury but I'll be honest I'm very happy with where my strength is at I have not gone downhill I'm actually moving uphill. Thanks always to Big Tom and to circle. We are going to enter the Lion's Den and we are hungry!

Warmups didn't go well, but the top sets the body showed up for. When we are not our best in beginning does not mean we can be there when it matters the most in the end. Week four is moving well. Got all lifts in. Everything might hurt but nothing is stopping me.

Deadlifts felt good today. Week 4 of prep before we enter the Lion's Den on June 27th. Body is reacting well with no layoff so far. Keep the mind right and the body will follow. Thanks to the circle.

So blessed to be apart of this USPC Special Olympics meet for the 3rd year in a row. These athletes are so inspiring and bring so much joy in your life. Thanks to all the athletes for allowing me to be a part of their special day. I saw some old friends and so new ones compete today. But they all taught me life lessons, and what it truly means no excuses in life. Days like this change your life for the better. I am truly blessed to be apart of it. Thanks to @thomas_eskey and @onelife_redmill and all the volunteers from all the onelife fitness family. Truly created a day these athletes nor i will forget. Thanks to @brando_waterfront and @uspc.pl and all the judges who gave their time to this amazing day. With everyone's help it was again an amazing powerlifting meet and day!
