This was one of my favourite events of the year
Thank you @youtube for inviting me to take part in your annual #YouTubeFestival
1,000 brands & agencies, amazing creators & industry leading marketers all under 1 roof over the course of 2 days.
Ps. Nothing in life will ever prepare you for seeing several photos of yourself displayed across 3 massive screens whilst you try to focus and hold your own on stage. I would catch a photo of myself out of the corner of my eye & try not to jump out of skin đ. You constantly have to look at photos/ videos of yourself in this job & honestly no one prepares you for it!!
Got invited to No.10 Downing Street last week (as you do) for the first ever Creators Reception, hosted by the Prime Minister himself.
Did I just casually write that sentence like itâs not completely wild đ
A younger me would have assumed things like this just âlandâ in peopleâs lap. But I stood in that room with some of the most impressive creators Iâve ever met and thought: this didnât land on anyoneâs lap. This was earned.
If youâre ever in need of motivation, surround yourself with people who are crushing it at what they do (doesnât matter what field). Let it fuel you!
Also, a moment for the fit before it got creased (slide 6, @thefrankieshop )
This season of life has been the busiest, most overwhelming, and yet also the most rewarding and fulfilling...â
â
So often in life, we tell ourselves that once we achieve a goal, everything will work out, when in reality, life often gets more stressful!â
â
Itâs important to find joy in the journey; otherwise, these huge milestone moments will get crowded with feelings of overwhelm and stress.â
â
Currently feeling as thankful as ever for this community Iâve built đ¤â
â
P.S. These are a few of my favorite moments from the Made on YouTube event last week. A full vlog will be live on my YouTube channel in a couple of weeks! đĽ
Your content doesnât need to look like everyone elseâs (thatâs kind of the point!)
This weekâs round-up is full of creators pushing past âprettyâ and actually playing with content: distortion, colour animations, masking, unexpected framing, movement that breaks reality a little bit. The kind of edits that make you stop mid-scroll because your brain needs a second to catch up.
And honestly? We need more of this energy online!
Youâre allowed to experiment and to make things feel weird, playful, immersive or imperfect. Some of the strongest content right now is coming from creators who are clearly using their free will instead of copying whatâs already been done 100 times.
Your reminder to make something people can remember đ¤

This was a pinch me trip⌠not because Iâve never visited NY before but because I have somehow visited enough times to have fav spots?? Like what is life
I was invited to YouTubeâs Creator Summit and letâs be real, I wasnât the âobviousâ choice (and thatâs exactly the point)
Opportunities like this donât just go to the biggest creators - they go to the ones who show up, speak up, and stay in the conversation.
There are rooms, deals, and opportunities youâre already closer to than you think, but they require one thing most people avoid: putting yourself out there!
This is your reminder. Pitch the idea. Send the email. Back yourself. I do đ¤
Comment BETTER to get out of your creative rut with our free Better Content Bundle!
We have been LOVING this shift in creativity recently!
Content is no longer static, itâs being brought to LIFE through doodles, layers or movement.
Every post here does one thing really well: it adds a second layer - something unexpected or playful. Something that makes you look twice, which is exactly how you build retention đ¤
If your content feels flat right now, this is your sign to get playful and add a new layer!

Comment SUBSTACK and Iâll send you the full video đ
While we are trying to please algorithms, Substack is building something different...
Iâm breaking down everything from the key features on Substack, how to grow an engaged audience and even how to make $$$! Ft personal insights from Substack GOATs @MiaMcGrath and @MorganVogel !
If youâre a creator or business owner thinking long-term, this is worth paying attention to.
Let me know if youâre already on Substack (or still on the fence) đ
Comment TREND and Iâll drop the links straight to your inbox!
This weekâs Trend Report is a fun one!
Weâre talking stop motion, fisheye text and split screen process clips - all the things that make your content feel ALIVE again.
The best part is that none of these require a full production set up. Low effort but intentional - the sweet spot we all want âşď¸
Save this for when youâre stuck or try a few out this week! Which one is your fave?
Ask Studio is here to make creating easier! from helping you analyze data and turn it into tailored insights, to brainstorming content based on your comments, and so much more! itâs your creative partner. @jadebeason breaks it down.
Thereâs a clear shift happening⌠and if youâre creating, you need to clock it đ¤đž
Â
Content isnât just being watched anymore, itâs being EXPERIENCED.
Â
Every post here is built with intention: nostalgic storytelling, interactive visuals, editing that makes you feel something.
Â
The common thread? Nothing is passive! Every detail, movement, format, pacing is working to hold attention and pull you in.
Â
If youâre creating right now, this is your sign to push the boundary a little and allow your audience to feel something through your content đ¤
