Before having a baby i never really grasp how deeply motherhood transforms a woman. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. We go through a complete shift, and somehow still expected to be the same person. Having 3 kids was probably one of my hardest challenges thus far. I have had to acknowledge the strength it takes to navigate this new reality. My body has changed, my mind has expanded, and my heart has opened in ways I never imagined. Each challenge I face is a testament to my resilience and growth. I feel softer & stronger than ever. nothing left to prove. only life to live. ✨✨✨
