Everything can be hacked if you’re willing to look 🪡 Nickels have such a satisfying weight to them. The thickest of the 4 standard (now obsolete) US coins

Really happy with how the color studies came out on this project. Do you guys have a favorite? I personally have been digging that first one. Color theory is especially interesting in relation to sportswear. Different colors evoke certain feelings that can translate to confidence, aggression, relaxation, etc. Could the color of your shoes make you run differently when you glance down at your feet? I think yes

A hyper aggressive tread pattern, something reminiscent of the arrows on a track.

Extra mechanical advantage from a carbon reinforced “toe spring”. Imagine sprinting as normal but with each pace you experience an uncanny rebound pushing you further forward. Your strides feel somehow longer even though you aren’t giving any more effort than usual. Your foot is a lever that pivots at your ankle. Imaging extending the lever and everything falls further forward

The sole is a five part system that extends past the toe. This is supported by a carbon plate which gives additional mechanical advantage in sprinting. Two different densities of foam provide cushion without losing responsiveness
