Gar Hole Records is happy to welcome Nashville’s lord of slacker country and our good buddy @jackstuder_ to the family. We’ll be releasing his next collection of songs in March. Hit the link in bio to pre-save the first track now. It comes out on Tuesday.
We met Jack right after starting the label in 2021 on the first tour Nick did after the COVID lockdown. He let us crash at his house in Joelton for a couple days and we all became fast friends. Shortly thereafter, he became the lead guitar player of the Nick Shoulders band just in time for the recording sessions which led to “All Bad”, Nick’s 2023 album. In 2024, we helped release an excellent EP from Jack called “Diggin’ For Dirt” on our baby label Tape Dad, which was great. So great that we have decided to do it again. Stoked for y’all to hear this record. Great songs for a great dude, who could ask for more!

We are very stoked to be hitting the road in June (as you can see) with a shit hot band full of buds. We are big fans of each others tunes so we figured we ought to combine forces and take it to the streets. We will be twerking. We hope people show up and twerk too. Well that’s a wrap! Album has been released, tour has been toured.
It sure feels good to be home, but we had a dang blast playing for so many great crowds and sharing the stage with buds. We played a lot of new towns on this run and it was very cool to meet some fans in unknown places. Big shoutout to all that have listened, came out to see us, bought merch, and supported us in all the ways. Many thanks to new friends we made, old ones we saw along the way, and everyone that provided our stink asses a place to stay. Can’t wait to get back out and do it again soon!
