Actor Jack Murillo (@jackcreature__ ) — a Nahua, Otomí, Cree-Métis artist, veteran, and activist — voices Cliff Lopez in EA’s newest video game, Battlefield 6.
A former U.S. Marine, Murillo has been outspoken about healing and representation in media — and previously appeared in Call of Duty as “Talon”. Now, he’s bringing that same focus to @battlefield .
Released today, Battlefield 6 is the latest AAA installment from EA’s iconic series. It was reportedly developed on a $400 million budget, and is expected to go head-to-head with Call of Duty this season.

We are honored to be part of a festival that highlights the border and cross cultural dynamics between the US and Mexico. As a film that explores the effects that borders, political and cultural frictions have in the communities that inhabit the area, we are proud to be part of a multicultural showcase that screens on both sides of the border and actively reminds us that art and people are not defined by lines on a map.
