"Living" by Jamey Z and Cidida aka @studiowozzie off the new project 40oz Bounce. Cidida "Brent" and I have been making songs together since 2008 when we meet back in NYC. I would say we tried our best to "Live it Up" everyday and even nowadays as family men we are living our best life out in Los Angeles.

Dawson and I are hardcore hip hop heads who spent the last 20 years in the underground hip hop scene so it can be hard to relate to certain aspects of the music game. This is a tune we did to speak on it and share our thoughts. Take a listen if you are down with live band hip hop beats and rugged rhymes. Cidida, Cidida, Cidida, went crazy on this track! I have been cooking up with Brent aka Cidida aka @studiowozzie for 18 years now, so I was glad we could knock out a couple tracks on my new project #40ozbounce. Nowadays we are tech nerds and dads to some crazy toddler boys, so it's hard to find time to keep making tracks, but we plan to cook up some more soon. Luckily we both moved out to Los Angeles from NYC so we can keep the movement rocking. Brent is too wicked with the pen and his freestyle game is insane.. give it a listen if you love live band hip hop with some funky jazz influence.

So stoked to get a verse from my long time collaborator @mathematicswu on our song "Zone" off the 40oz Bounce Project.
Usually Mathematics is the one making the beats and I am just engineering and doing keyboards, but this time he stepped out the production bag and dropped some amazing bars for one of my own productions. Math has taught me so much about Hip Hop History over the last 12 years and this verse covers some of the classic stories. Being able to help Mathematics craft the last 2 Wu-Tang Albums and many more side projects is a dream come true. Shouts to @umirbg for the link up back in 2012 ! . Crazy how one connection can change the path of your life.
