One of the most incredible weeks of my life
Words really donāt do much to describe this experience but Iāll do my best.
There were moments that broke me
Moments that rebuilt me
Moments I didnāt understandā¦ until I felt them
The forest doesnāt teach with words
it teaches through experience
Through silence
Through discomfort
Through connection

I saw even more how much weāve complicated life
Out thereā¦ itās simple
You breathe
You feel
You listen
And you realizeā¦ we were never disconnected
We just forgot
how to be present
how to listen
how to feel
how to simply BE

Now the real work begins..
bringing that awareness back into the āreal worldā
Integrating
Living it
BEING it
Not just when itās quietā¦
but when life gets loud again ( and the world is LOUD right now)

The real work.. the real transformation happens in how we carry it forward
