“My family is my everything” - Andy Klawitter Don’t let what you do become all that you are - it is a skill, an art and a way of life that Andy @j3tsfool is living through his belief in a high power alongside his role as a father, husband, friend, colleague, ultra runner and so many more things. It has modeled and shaped him into the person he is today. Andy shows you that the people you call family can be that guiding light, that North Star ⭐️ that will help you move through this world a little lighter and with a lot more purpose and intent in what you do and how you show up, not only for yourself but for others. His faith and values guide his decisions and actions. Which is a beautiful way to move through this thing we call life while we are here. @cooktraineatrace and me @ultrabirch always walk away from these conversations a little lighter and lot more curious. Thank you Andy for sharing your story and sharing your time with us. Checkout the full episode at the link 🔗 in our bio and let Andy drop a little wisdom on you today. #goingthedistance #breakingthesilence #mentalhealth #enduringmindspodcast

41 yards. It feels like you live multiple lifetimes in a backyard ultra. They hold a special place in my heart. I had big goals going into this one. I fell a bit short but my heart is still full. The beauty behind the backyard format is that I'll still be able to be competitive well into my 40s. Might not touch another for a few years.. they are a lot of prep and take a toll on the body. Time for some shorter and faster ventures while this dad still has a bit of speed left in the legs 😴 ... for an in depth recap: check the latest youtube vlog, for a less in depth recap: check my story highlights

Feeling blessed 🙏🏼 @lululemon High Street chose to make me their newest run ambassador, and with my next Backyard Ultra coming up this Saturday, they were sure to rush me in for my first fitting. They're even providing my race weekend tent! I could not be more grateful! If this is how the ambassadorship is starting, then I can't wait to see what the next 2 years have in store. Feeling ready as ever to throw down this weekend at @fatdog120 Backyard Ultra in a fresh kit. God is good! #lululemonambassador

This time last year, my #1 goal for '25 was to be more intentional about getting out to run with people. Mission accomplished. 2025 was all about community for me! A few fun races, some big adventure days, group workouts, and lots of fun leading a run club! 1,2) Hypothermic Half: Missed my goal time after being sick all race week, but powered through the cold rain and still snagged a PR 3,4) Marathon Debut: Sucked in by @_justsomerunner to run BMO after struggling with plantar fasciitis for 6 weeks and missing all my peak training. Tough day, but we got there. 5) Granted an opportunity to lead @thisishabitual run club twice a week.. met so many amazing runners and we're still going! Also soft launched a run coaching service which I aim to grow in 2026! 6,7) Snagged a 22 minute PR and 3rd place on the @trailrunforwater 25km course. One of those days that went perfect and felt so good! 8) Huge training weekend before Fat Dog... 50k with @kbar_runs followed by a big mountain adventure day with @andi.2519 and @jonah_thiessen 9,10) Crewed and paced by @kayleighadriana @andi.2519 @kadenvbphotography and @jonah_thiessen , I tackled my first 100 miler (120*) at @fatdog120 Race of a lifetime, top 10 weekend of my life... for 6th place, and a coloured buckle.. all captured by the homie @itsbigben 11,12) @nickabullett and I premiered our short film at @cafeamarti and raised $2000 for Life Recovery. Pre screening group run, ice cream and door prizes. Unforgettable evening.. If you haven't watched check the link in my bio! 13) Finally bagged Robie Reid in my favourite mountain day ever, accompanied by the BC Scramble king himself @joseph.logelin 14,15) Back to Freaky Creeky after a win at the 54 mile last year, to run a perfect race and snag a win in the 28k 16) Ran and supported @run4sobriety with the homies! A 10k PR and a good pre Vertikiller shakeout 17-19) A year of scheming with Dom, we stacked a team to run the @valleyvertikiller 30K with the goal of beating the undefeated team champs. 3 sleepless nights after Lottie was born, Kayleigh urged me out of the hospital to go race. Snagged a 20 minute PR on the course and team Runnin Rich brought home the trophy!
