Probably the most exciting, fun, tough and humbling experience I’ve ever had. But I felt sooo damn good afterwards. To tell you the truth, it felt like my love and passion for fitness has been slowly declining and for those who know me closely that may be a surprise. But all I really needed was a new challenge. Something to awaken that inner beast that’s always been there, driving me to where I am today, both physically and mentally. I don’t say it often, but im fuckin proud of myself man.
Anyways, we back baby. Stronger and hungry for more. I’ll see y’all at Fenway in November for the next one 💪🏼💪🏼

Spartan Stadion Citifield 24’
5k w/ 20 obstacles
On top of running up and down citifield stairs in 95 degree heat:
1. Rotational Chops (
@tonal , 15x)
2. 6ft wall jump
3. 60lb sandbag carry (up and down stadium stairs 3x)
4. Slam Balls (15)
5. Weighted jump rope (15, but did extra for the camera hehe)
6. Monkey Bars
7. Rolling Plank (plank but feet are on wheels, Up and Back)
MORE Stairs 🦵🏼🥵
8. Jerry Can Carry (idk how heavy they were but these bitches were heavy in both hands)
9. Weighted Vest Crawls (Down stairs, then up, then up again 🫠)
If didn’t already know, MORE STAIRS
10. Hercules Hoist (hoisting a heavy sand up by pulling a rope)
11. A-Frame Clime (Easy, but scary if you’re not coordinated with your feet 🤷🏻♂️)
12. Rings
13. Spear Throw (Literally, the only one I couldn’t do 🤨)
14. 7ft Wall Jump
15. Z-Wall Climb
16. Cord Crawl (Crawl under cords with Incline)
OH YEAH! You guessed it, more stadium stairs 🫠🫠
17. Pushups (15, but I did an extra 15 for content hehe)
18. 4ft Hurdles
19. Rope Climb (The only thing I was worried about but s/o to the volunteers for the extra guidance to help complete this 🙏🏼)
20. Gauntlet (RB training drill)
