Firmly recognised in the U.K’s rave scene and beyond, Izzy Bolt embarked on her journey mixing techno, moving into hardcore DJing and producing as a new challenge, lust for variety and a passion after attending hardcore, dnb and alt raves. Running up the mains she creates something skull shocking from electronic forces, blending distorted dance music, including hardcore, gabber, techno, industrial, hard dnb/xbreed, breakcore and atmospheric deconstructed electronics. She aims to spark others with a shared feeling of invigoration, release and challenge throughout a sonic experience. Finally breaking the convention, with a group of collaborators and supporters, she initiated K.O. - a queer feminist run hardcore night in Manchester, booking hardcore legends whilst welcoming newcomers to the genre.
