Oh how I love being a woman ❤️ happy women’s day ladies ✨ Feeling extra grateful for the beautiful women in my life (pictured and not pictured, you all know who you are). The best memories in my life were with women: inside jokes, crying in each others arms, sharing advice (and maybe gossip), being our weirdest selves, girls trips, nights out, dinners in. I know a lot of us women struggle building strong relationships with other women and I did too. I think lasting sisterhood first starts when you work on yourself, your insecurities and start seeing the power in your femininity. When you do that, you start seeing the beauty in all other women, you want to cheer them on and let them shine and build together. Another woman’s power doesn’t take away your own, another woman’s beauty doesn’t negate your own, another woman’s voice doesn’t dampen yours. We can learn SO much from other women!! I hope to see more and more women find comfort in their identity and bodies and feel confident in expressing their authentic selves. The world needs more of that!! 3 months in Bali ♥️ I’ve been coming back here for almost five years now and every single time… it’s different. New people, new feelings, new lessons, new versions of me. This season was absolutely magical but also confusing. So many beautiful moments, but also doubt, stagnation, questioning, unravelling. 2025 has been a strange year so far, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Because it all belongs. All of it shaped me. Looking at these photos, I feel so deeply grateful for the lifestyle I built for myself. The friendships. The movie nights with my girls. The dinners that turn into core memories. The random, unexpected, how is this my life? moments. And none of this was overnight. Everything you see me sharing here is the result of decisions I made when I was young, vulnerable and brave enough to still go for it. Starting my own business. Posting on this app when it felt uncomfortable. Choosing myself again and again. God really favours the bold… but He also honours the daily effort. One thing I know for sure now: life isn’t about hustling your way to the next goal. Because once you reach one, there’s always another - trust me!! It’s about enjoying the journey. Having fun along the way. Letting life feel full now not “one day”. My biggest tip when people ask me how to create a life like this? Put yourself in situations where you’re forced to expand. Do what your higher self would do even if it costs you, even if it’s uncomfortable, even if it takes time. Once your mind expands, there’s literally no going back. And when you return to your “normal” life, you’ll find the fire to build it again… because you know how it feels. That’s what I did, over and over. Something I’ve also been reminded of these past months: God has you. Always. Whatever comes and goes, you’ll be fine because you have him and you have yourself. When you build a strong relationship with yourself and with God, you stop chasing external validation. You’re fulfilled. Grounded. Whole. You have one life. life lately in cape town: 1. golden hour before sunset at the beach 2. finally climbed lions head, loveddd it 3. braai at sunset with friends 4. much needed yoga session 5. meetings and calls !! exciting heh 6. work views are looking like my pinterest board 7. elevator selfie obvs 8. go-to breakfast im in loveee 9. went into langa high-school to talk to the kids on how fear and excitement causes the same reaction in the body, trusting yourself and the mindset shift to become confident. I loved this day <3 10. little me wouldn’t think i’d be working with my fave ever brands hehe 11. making some time for tanning !! when u live in a sunny place 24/7 you actually make less time for this lol 12. girl dinners are my faveee, you should have seen the tiramisu after 13. arghhh just incase with this place 14. sunset parties >> 15. before my walk by the prom 16. missed my contrast therapy sessions !! 17. been making banana bread a lot because the @guidemeglow is that goooddd 18. never disappoints a couple more weeks in my fave place <3 taking the time to slow down and appreciate this beautiful place and the people here #capetown #capetownlife #lifestylegoals #pinterestlifestyle #lifestyleinspo
