I dropped Peaks and Valleys a year ago not knowing what would come of it. Wrote these songs in my room, some on my best days, some on my worst. Hearing you all sing them back to me last night is something I’ll never forget.
In a world that tries to divide us, music has a way of breaking those walls down. Seeing people from all backgrounds singing in Arabic, embracing our culture, and feeling something real through these songs is everything to me. If my music can be a gateway into that, then I know I’m doing something right.
