Amazing sunset last night ,
took the opportunity to film a cheeky improv video
I love making these tunes up on the spot, it’s such a freeing feeling putting words to music simultaneously, expressing yourself as you are in that exact moment disclaimer - the sunset didn’t look like this wild in reality, but the edit looked too good for the insta that I had to roll with it.
either way, we already know sunsets like this exist, doesn’t matter if we see it on our screen, nothing beats the real deal seeing life in person. #nofliter

when you realise
that healing is accepting yourself as you are
rather than becoming what you thought you were meant to be
as an artist this journey is constantly reflected back to me
so many times I’ve thought the creations coming out of me weren’t worth putting out,
Because they weren’t a reflection of who I want to be,
But a true reflection of where I am
now I see, the only way to become who we want to be is to first accept who we are
and unapologetically and lovingly show ourselves to the world
at every stage

laughing or crying
moving or still
