At Flamingo, design meets community with a custom platform seating installation clad in walnut veneer, wrapping around a triangular cactus garden at the core.
The built-in seating orbits this sculptural centrepiece — a nod to Palm Springs landscapes — while orienting toward the patio and playground beyond.

Another Building Down.
RG Excavating has successfully demolished the first half of the building at the corner of Douglas and Caledonia in downtown Victoria.
This clearance paves the way for @charddevelopment visionary mixed-use community, delivered in partnership with BC Housing. The project includes three residential towers, two soaring at 21 storeys and a 16-storey tower offering 133 below-market rental units, alongside condos, market rentals, retail amenities, a full-service grocery store, daycare facilities, and an expansive public plaza.
