To all who have worried … Aalia and I made it safely home. Leaving Manila at dawn, a breakfast with @monicainmindanao and @margie_moran in the city, MiGs hurrying us for our 3 hour mountains drive home was delayed by a rare 2 hour traffic on Davao diversion …. It seemed like any peaceful drive home albeit the long delay. This morning we awoke to the recovery operations of fallen vehicles and people in the beautiful Overview of Quezon, our hometown. We are cutoff now at the main artery to reach Davao ports.
