Started with a Sweet T&T Phyllo (Coconut creamed corn topped with Jerk Shrimp & Mango Tamarind sauce)
Into entree 1 which is a Braised Pomegranate Short Rib on Hummus , topped with a Chermula sauce.
Into entree 2 which is a Miso Butter Branzino with a Potato Puree & Broccolini.

NEW Years Goal:
“Let’s lose 10 pounds by the end of Ramadan.” (March)
I remember thinking… only 10? But once we started working, it became clear this wasn’t going to be a small change.
By the end of January, the goal we set for March was already gone.
That’s when I saw the switch flip.
new goal:
“End of Ramadan… I’m getting under 200.”
the best part was watching how the discipline from the gym start taking over the rest of his life.
Eating cleaner.
Better habits.
Prioritizing his health.
Then Ramadan started.
Most people think fasting means lighter workouts.
Not here.
The intensity went up.
Kettlebells. Harder sessions. No food/water
Thirty days of one mentality:
Shut The F* Up And Work.**
By the end of Ramadan the scale told the story:
230+ → 199.2
Over 30 pounds gone.
But the real win isn’t just the weight.
It’s the mentality
Outwork yesterday!
