Kom op 𝟒 𝐞𝐧 𝟓 𝐟𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐢 kijken naar mijn voorstelling Langzaam Lichamen tijdens The Future Is Now #25 — Talent van het moment in 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐬𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐰𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠 𝐔𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐭.
Langzaam Lichamen, gespeeld door Emma Hanekroot, is een activistische, multisensorische installatie-performance waarin het lichaam niet wordt bekeken, maar ervaren. De ruimte word gevuld met sculpturale (soms) eetbare fragmenten geïnspireerd op lichaamsdelen. Je word uitgenodigd om te vertragen, je zintuigen te openen en de ervaring volledig te beleven.
Dus kom kom kom, breng al je vrienden mee en voel, proef en ervaar met ons opnieuw het lichaam🍭

First week of residency: done! @arabella__turner and I worked in the studio of @wirsindzuhause on finding a visual language for our version of PUINHOOP - a work I created with @astridrozemarijn a few years ago🕺🏽
@ischas_@jannaschwab_ and I are so excited to have been invited by @wirsindzuhause to be residents in their beautiful, interdisciplinary studio in Arnhem.
Ischa and I will spend two weeks researching and developing ways of combining our different practices in performance and moving image.
We’ll be doing a sharing of our research on the 21st November - more details coming soon!

This summer we were invited by @cultureleconfetti Julie Vegter to share a special version of Het vouwen van stemmen at Vondelpark Openluchttheater. 🌿
For this open-air edition, we reimagined the work without a projector, folding sound, movement and text into the open air. ✨
An intimate piece about transgenerational trauma, reshaped by wind, birds, light and space. Grateful to have shared it in such a beautiful setting. 💛

🇳🇱Alweer een week geleden presenteerde ik op Alle Ruimte Langzaam Lichamen – een multisensorische installatieperformance waarin je je zintuigen opnieuw ontdekt via aanraking, geur, smaak, geluid en beweging.
In een sculpturale omgeving van eetbare lichaamsfragmenten verschuift de focus van snelheid naar vertraging.
Je beweegt vrij, proeft, ruikt, voelt, luistert – en wordt deel van een tijdelijke wereld van zachtheid, nieuwsgierigheid en nabijheid.
Niet als idee, maar als tastbare aanwezigheid.
🇬🇧Already a week ago at Alle Ruimte, I presented Langzaam Lichamen – a multi-sensory installation performance inviting you to rediscover your senses through touch, smell, taste, sound, and movement.
In a sculptural landscape of edible body fragments, the focus shifts from speed to slowness.
You move freely, taste, smell, feel, listen – and become part of a temporary world of softness, curiosity, and closeness.
Not as a concept, but as a vivid, tangible presence.

Wat een avontuur! Voor het eerst mocht ik dit jaar als programmamaker vormgeven aan Festival Alle Ruimte – en wat ben ik dankbaar dat ik dat samen met zoveel makers, vrijwilligers, crew en bezoekers heb mogen doen. 2 UITVERKOCHTE AVONDEN! En als kers op de taart mocht ik ook nog twee keer aanschuiven bij de radio om over het festival te vertellen. 🚀
