Training has really taught me that if you want something, go after it. There will most definitely be points where itβs hard and you donβt want to show up, but once you learn what you gain from committing to yourself, practicing self-discipline and remaining consistent, you learn to enjoy every part of the process. Hitting the end goals is just a bonus π
