Process video of the safe(r) space @horstartsandmusic First of all, thank you to @erykah.evb for giving me the trust to create this space. I’m a true believer in textiles having a positive impact on our neurological system, so adding them to a safe(r) space seems to me to be one of the first steps toward reconnection. Also, thank you to @hitch.tools for providing a system that allows me to create a textile environment within a space. I’ve been dreaming about a place like this. And last but not least, thank you to @serafinodecoratie for giving me all your leftover fabrics, which made it possible to recycle everything inside this little cubicle. I’m still recovering from the last few months because they where intense but I’m excited for what’s coming next. <3

☆ Help shape a textile-filled, calming space for a safe(r) clubbing experience! ☆ Leading up to our collab with @traum.club on April 11th, we’re hosting two free events. Spots are limited—apply via the link in bio! 03.04.2025, 7PM - Pillow Talks: Have a chat with three visual artists on how textiles change a club. Speakers: @isabelbrems is a textile designer and scenographer, who uses nature-inspired colors and textures to create tactile, comforting spaces while prioritizing sustainability. Her work invites people to reconnect with themselves and others through touch. As part of Burenhinder, she designs modular “safe heavens” at events, offering sensory retreats for partygoers. @tildedevylder studied architecture and philosophy and works in architecture while creating safe.r spaces scenographically. She writes about art and theater for etcetera and rekto:verso, exploring themes of spatiality, ethics, language, humanity, and beauty. In 2022, she co-founded textile studio @tilafolie with Leila Zahedi. @houseofrubber.xyz founded by Marlou Breuls in Amsterdam, blends fashion, sculpture, and art through bold experimentation and playful design. Her work transforms everyday materials into immersive pieces, from latex bodysuits to rubber jewelry, challenging conventions and inviting engagement. Moderator: @zuzannarachowska is a curator, exhibition producer, and writer based in Antwerp, exploring polyphony and the contextual intersections of art. Her recent curatorial projects include Dormant Body (2025) at Komplot and Periphery (2023, 2024) at Kunsthal Extra City. Currently, she is the Exhibition Production Coordinator at M HKA. 10.04.2025, 7PM - Textile Workshop: Join @manon.debruyn & @isabelbrems for a textile workshop. Get hands-on with weaving & experimenting—your work becomes part of the final installation! @manon.debruyn holds a master’s degree in Fine Arts – Printmaking from the Academy of Antwerp and is pursuing an Educational Master’s. She shares her work through exhibitions, tattoos, prints, and workshops. As a teacher and artist, she sees @traum.club as a great platform to connect and share her expertise. Artwork by @_mariekke

When you think about the heart of community and a shared drive for change, the name Burenhinder quickly pops up. This collective uses hard dance to build spaces for rebellion and liberation. Refusing to conform, they’re bringing their vision to TRAUM, curating a night focused on inclusivity and bold expression. Prepare for a seismic shift. Tbilisi-born, Berlin-forged Salome (Herrensauna) is set to detonate the dancefloor with a volatile mix of electro and techno. From Lausanne’s underground depths NVST will prove her status as a boundary-shattering force. Completing this globally sourced lineup is a true boundary-breaker: END. Burenhinder’s own residents round up the bill with some sweat-soaked back-to-back sets. Line-up: @salome6_6 @nast_is_nvst DJ End (@09h30_05h30 ) @myu__sa B2B @lolailegems @_cam_cool B2B @walt.ur Tickets available now. Alongside this exciting lineup, we’re transforming the Balcony into a calming, textile-filled space for a safe(r) experience. In the run-up to this transformation, you can participate in multiple free events during the week to help us shape this space. Here it is! I used my own name and that feels way too serious. I also feel like I need to add some stuff to the website but I also should shut up and have fun showing my little project to the internet. I also discovered this song on the radio this morning and i’ve been listening to it on repeat. Maybe you will to??? Maybe not. Thank you again @lau_c_n_n_t

I really want to post more but every time I look true my pictures I start overthinking if it would look good on my feed and honestly who cares about that but me. So I should just start posting again. I have so much stuff that is now being unseen by any one who would care. I also think it’s lame to write in English while my native tongue is Dutch. Welcome in my strain of thoughts. Also, I made a website with @lau_c_n_n_t , I mean, she made the whole thing and we discussed about it. Bless her. Ps @lau_c_n_n_t pls contact me, I owe u <3
