When we first launched the Unfiltered Gay Podcast, not everyone was a fan. We were criticised for 'being basic' and always talking about sex. So to receive mainstream media recognition in this category means the world. It tells us that people see the value in our unfiltered conversations.
As you can tell from the video (swipe to the end), we did not prepare a speech because truly, we didn’t expect to win.
But massive love to @afa.singapore and @gayhealth.sg for the incredible work you do and for making this episode possible. And to everyone who watches the podcast, it still blows my mind that people care about what we have to say… even when our mics refuse to cooperate lol.
