WHAT WE CAN(‘T) HOLD - Exhibition guide
This guide was written by the 3rd-grade students, Class B, Elementary School Sampaio Garrido.

“One of the recurring discussions throughout the Curatorial Practices seminar focused on the various ways of understanding and interpreting concepts and feelings - in this case, fragility - through works of art. How do audiences read and experience this exhibition and the themes it addresses? How do people from different generations, backgrounds, experiences, and fields of knowledge interpret what the curators have selected and (re)contextualized?
Over the course of two sessions, the students of the 3rd-grade, class B, from the Elementary School Sampaio Garrido, part of the Nuno Gonçalves Group of Schools, in collaboration with their teacher, Carla Carriço, observed the works, questioned their meanings and relevance, and wrote about what they saw from the perspective of their own contexts and experiences.”
