This coming March 22–23, we’re welcoming our friend Irfansyah Putra (@irfansyahptr )for a special two-day takeover at our bar in collaboration with Baby’s Breath (@bbroastery ).
Taking a short trip from Jakarta to Surabaya during the holiday break, Irfan brings along his experiences—stories from behind the bar, lessons from the journey, and the craft he’s been shaping along the way.
Behind the bar, he’ll be brewing, sharing, and having conversations with us—offering a glimpse into his perspective on coffee and the work behind every cup.

Proses : Anaerob Natural

Buat resep, kalian bisa nonton sampai habis yaaa. Di bawah ini, aku kasih penjelasan tentang tujuan dari resep seduh ini.

Grind size: med to coarse, menghindari ekstraksi berlebih.
.
1st pour: mengeluarkan gas gas gas dan ekstrak ekstrak ekstrak flavooouuuuur.
2nd pour: mendapatkan rasa yang layering biar seru kayak challenge ini~
3rd pour: biar body round seperti tekad. 👊
