Clean : Clean sangatttt, claritynya jg tinggi
Sweetness : Sweetness soft dan konsisten, lebih ke kyk manis natural kyk tebu dan peach manissss
Acidity : Bright tapi delicate, dominan ke stone fruit dan citrus (apricot, bergamot)
Aftertaste : Medium to long, clean finish dg sisa manis yang lingering halus
Flavor Notes
Hot : Aroma floral cukup expressive kyk jasmine dan hint lavender, diikuti citrusy notes seperti bergamot, dengan hint sweetness yang ringan spt gula tebu dan hint peach
Warm : Complexity lebih kebuka d anget, apricot lebih dominan, sweetness berkembang jadi lebih rich jd ga flat, body terasa sedikit lebih rounded
Little Diary Thoughts :
Cupnya menurutku elegant. Karakter geishanya dapet banget spt floral dan clarity. Natural processnya dsni jg kasih nilai tambahan di sweetness tanpa bikin cup jadi berat. Cocok banget buat dinikmati pelan2, karena setiap suhu kasih experience yang beda, Personally aku ttep ga biarin ampe dingin si, prefer hot to warm karna menurutku disitu titik balance n complexitynya lg peak! Tp bagi yg mau cb di dingin? Monggo. Worth to try. Karna bs aja nemu sisi lain dr cup ini 🌸

Aftertaste : Long aftertaste, fruity dg hint cacao nibs sedikit d akhir
Flavor Notes
Hot :
Suhu panas lgs keluar aroma acidity dan floral, tastenya dominan cranberry n plum ketika first impression, sedikit nuansa buah2 tropikal & cup ckp elegant.
Warm :
Suhu hangat, plum semakin pronounced, sweetnessnya semakin memenuhi mulut jadi kek juicy. Tropical2 buahnya jadi lebi rounded, hint cacao nibsnya ada, ga mengganggu, malah buat jd balanced.
Little Diary Thoughts :
Imo, cukup menarik di ulik "kalau" memang demen kopi yg actually berbody, tapi diakalin sampai fruity n elegant body. 45sec blooming buat cup ini jadi lebi fruity. Semakin suhunya turun sampai ke hangat, fruitynya semakin oke. Overall, kalo ikuti method ku, clean cup, bright & balance. Suhu dingin? Honestly, tidak tau. Aku sendiri prefer kopi yg hot sampai hangat. Jarang sekali biarin sampai bener2 dingin total.
