Gigpit presale link in bio!!!!!!!!!!!
The Arbuckles tape release for the 3 Fat Cat 3 Packs! 3 EP's on one tape by a band with 4 singer-songwriters playing the 5 kinds of pop-punk (what are they? You'll have to come and find out!). Come to dance, come to jump up and down, come to cry.
Ira Hardly are "Divorced Dad-core" from Vancouver, with songs that are fun, funny, and funtasticly catchy. Whatever they lost in the divorce, they kept the musical chops.
Gord describe themselves as "Alt-Rock for Sad Losers From Chilliwack BC". But they write great, heart-wrenching and mind-tickling rock songs, so they can't be losers. We all get sad sometimes, but if you come see Gord you won't be!
Mark your calendars. CiTR Spring Fling is here.
Join us at The Cobalt for a full night of bands and DJs celebrating the start of spring. Expect dancing, good energy, and a stacked lineup featuring New Meds, DJ Birthday, Miles Davis Supergroup, Innerwolfies, Ira Hardly, and Dhisha.
$15 keepsake tickets available all week at the CiTR station (under Blue Chip in the Nest) until Friday at 2pm. $20 online and at the door.

It was such a treat to get to play Russian Hall for the first time. Thank you to all the organizers for their hard work and for including us 😊
At first blush, @ira_hardly seems like a project that would more likely spring from New York or Montreal, cities with long histories of producing stylish Bohemian songsmiths projecting world-weary, wry humour. But lean in a little closer and you’ll realize that the band’s particular brand of world-weariness is very Vancouver: not hurried, not status-obsessed, and very skeptical of moving to the country (literally a song title on his latest, Hardly Ira.)
Songwriter Ira Hardy’s funniest-guy-at-the-party antics could easily translate to one guy and a beat up Taylor holdin’ down the 3x5’ stage at the local open mic, but he takes the high road toward a rippin’ four-piece live band instead. These guys are gonna make you chuckle, sure, but they’re also gonna make you shake a leg, and that’s important: conviction only comes from ambition, and these songs aim to convince.
Catch Ira Hardly on the main stage at Russian Hall on Friday, January 16th! Full weekend passes on sale now at tickets.unrealcity.rocks
