So the day has come where Louie will make his MMA debut! He's competed in competitive k1 bouts and BJJ comps and a number of inter clubs but he will now put it all together. Quite a journey as when Charlotte had her MMA debut we found out the following day she was pregnant (with Louie) we were horrified but he was all good so it was clearly written this is where he belongs , good luck my sonner....we also have @leo.a_bjj making his debut too both representing @ippongym ...looking forward to getting them both ready for June 14th 🤼🥊
Today @ippongym hosted a girls only open mat and it was amazing to see such a nice bunch of women and girls come together for our sport.
A big thank you to Jess for all of your organising and hard work. You are incredible.
Also a big thank you to all our other girls that got stuck in today and help everything run smoothly too!
We managed to get a great donation together for the local food bank, and in return for everyone’s generosity local businesses gave out some incredible prizes!
