Grâce à des organisations telles que WAFRICA Guinée, les jeunes victimes et survivantes âgées de 8 à 14 ans bénéficient enfin du soutien qu'elles méritent.
Cette histoire montre comment les communautés s'épanouissent lorsque les organisations de la société civile locales reçoivent des financements. Le travail de WAFRICA Guinée permet de répondre aux cas violence de genre au sein de sa communauté. En proposant un accompagnement complet et des actions de sensibilisation, l'organisation veille à ce que ces enfants ne soient plus réduits au silence par leur situation.
WAFRICA Guinée, une organisation soutenue par FON, est une ONG féministe fondée en 2005 et basée à Conakry, qui se consacre à l'amélioration des conditions de vie des femmes, des filles et des groupes marginalisés par le biais de la défense des droits humains et de l'autonomisation.
