Everything about @spiritkiller_hc and what the stand for just sits right with me. I found out about Spiritkiller the old fashioned way, through @limitedtoonenyc ‘s amazing exclusive record releases. Charles has been a frontman and apart of the music scene for some time but what he does with Spiritkiller stands out without question.
Charles and I talk about his Fugazi live set, his rich history, new album?!, and their take on bringing back the DIY aspect of the scene. Without the early days of DIY we may not have the scene we do now and it’s important for bands to tap into that nature.

Today we officially welcome @easyblame to the family. Their new album HYPERNORMALIZED will be available 12/2/25 on digital and cd on our BC site.
This is the 4th release from the Syracuse post hardcore/screamo juggernaut. Each of the album’s 8 new tracks is packed with angular riffs and corkscrewing rhythms that generate a deeply ominous and tense atmosphere.
Recalling the dark intensity and aggression of bands like Orchid, Kiss it Goodbye, Unsane, and Chat Pile; Easy Blame brings you on a postmodern trip through an existential nightmare. Oh yeah, they have an ex member of @edgeinband too. 😉
