Intuitive Machines has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire @goonhillyorg Earth Station and COMSAT — strengthening our integrated space-to-Earth network and accelerating innovation of the services we deliver to commercial, civil, and national security customers.
The acquisition adds 44 deep space antennas and ground stations across the US and UK, increasing capacity for communications, data relay, and PNT to support sustained operations on the lunar surface and in cislunar space and helping us innovate faster.

NASA has awarded Intuitive Machines a $180.4 million dollar contract to deliver seven science and technology payloads to the Lunar South Pole region. 🌕
This milestone marks our fifth CLPS task order and the first mission requiring our larger cargo class Nova-D lunar lander which is designed to deliver payloads and return valuable data while autonomously operating on the lunar surface.
The IM-5 mission will carry seven payloads, including:
- A lunar rover from the @AustralianSpaceAgency
- Advanced technology from @BlueOrigin 's Honeybee Robotics

🌕📡 Intuitive Machines, Leonardo, and Telespazio have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to advance interoperable lunar communication & navigation services in support of exploration.
Establishing interoperability between the Telespazio’s Lunar Communication and Navigation System (LCNS) and our Space Data Network enables the retrieval and use of space data at minimal latency – which means more responsive operations, faster coordination, and greater autonomy. It also signals Intuitive Machines becoming an interoperable part of Europe’s space effort.
