✨Last week, we officially launched the @intracomp_transformations CultureComp Mentoring Programme.
Over the next 12 months, this initiative will support 40 young participants aged 18–30 from underrepresented groups, empowering them to use the CultureComp Framework to grow their community engagement, creative practice, and professional goals.
The programme kicked off with onboarding sessions involving 15 youth leaders from across Europe, working in fields including performing arts, fashion, visual arts, and media. Through dedicated mentoring, participants will further develop their intercultural skills and practices, supporting the growth and impact of their creative projects. 🌏🤝🎭

Last week, we officially launched the @INTRACOMP CultureComp Mentoring Programme ✨
Over the next 12 months, this initiative will support 40 young participants aged 18–30 from underrepresented groups, empowering them to use the CultureComp Framework to grow their community engagement, creative practice, and professional goals.
The programme opened with onboarding sessions involving 10 experienced mentors from across Europe, representing education, community arts, and the wider cultural sector.
Together, they explored the CultureComp Framework and its practical role in strengthening intercultural and transcultural competences 🌍 🤝 🎭

🌍 The #ALPHABETICA project participated in a cluster meeting with sister projects and the European Commission to explore policy impact
On 20 March, representatives from four sister projects—PULSE ART, TOUCHED, INTRACOMP, and ALPHABETICA—alongside officials from the European Commission brought together to discuss initiatives in arts, cultural awareness, and expression in education.
🤝 Discussions focused on strengthening collaboration, exchanging knowledge, and identifying ways to better communicate project results to policymakers.
🎯 By working together, partners aim to enhance the visibility and uptake of innovative educational practices across Europe, ensuring research contributes to more informed and inclusive policies in arts and cultural education.
