I was referred to Belinda by an attendee at the @hotbitchbizclub lunch in Sydney I assisted on last year. Terrible timing due to summer holidays and celebrations so we couldn’t properly connect at the time. Last month, coming to the end of filming, I realised we were still missing a vital piece in telling the full story for @interwoven.docx . I immediately dialled this incredible woman’s number. Melbourne based fashion exec turned sustainability pioneer. My invitations were met with warmth, openness and unwavering optimism. And that is exactly what transpired today. What an inspirational final interview!! We discussed the complexities between the retail brand and consumer side of buying habits and sustainability education. STITCH Runway took over @keeperbrewing last night, and really took over. The energy was huge, you could feel the excitement and the heat of it all in the air. We had so many of Melbourne’s most stylish in attendance, including our families and friends.
Britt @resonance_place and I @lilydaltonn introduced the night with big, well deserved thank yous, and a critical acknowledgement of country.
