@ralph2020vision is a pioneer of dance music in the north of the UK, and an incredible DJ in his own right. Owner and founder of @2020vision_recordings his record label has hosted the likes of Motor City Drum Ensemble, Crazy P, Voigtmann, Chez Damier, Maya Jane Coles, Ricardo Villalobos and many more.
A talented producer, he has been releasing music for over 30 years, and DJed across every corner of the globe, including the Hacienda, Sub Club, The Moog, and Space. He also regularly scorches the wheels at respected festivals like Glastonbury, Love International, Houghton, and Gottwood.
He brings his sound to Newcastle @cobaltstudios.ouseburn for the first time on Saturday 30th of May. Opening set from Strut's own @eddie_erni and supporting headliner @carabates1 .

In what’s set to be a day to be remembered, we are joining forces on the 30th of May to bring a full day-into-night Ouseburn Takeover.
12 hours of music, 3pm-3am from Ouseburn Garden into Cobalt Studios.

If you've ever walked through our doors and danced, you've contributed to this community and to the causes we've raised money for.
This pic is from our first-ever go at it, Earth Day 2023. 3 years later, and 30th of May is going to be the last big one in the Toon.
We've been dragging our feet a little bit over the last 6 months, struggling to make things really click. We have two more parties planned after Ralph Lawson at Cobalt Studios: A free party at the end of summer in Newcastle, a love letter to everyone that has come through our doors, and one more fundraiser in London in the Autumn.
