Interrupt festival

It’s taken a couple of weeks to get past the buzz of getting everyone back together for Interrupt but finally getting to a little post. Thank you to everyone who made their way out here (or tried to!) to perform, attend and support us. It was great to see smiling faces, and to know that we still get NEW smiling faces is a fantastic feeling. The reason we put on these events is two fold. We get to get some of our friends to come visit and we get to help people have a good time. For those of you who appreciate and acknowledge the work that goes into putting on these events, thank you. We have no intentions at this point on doing another festival in Melbourne, but it’s a big world and we love our friends in the scene so let’s see what the future holds. An extra special thank you goes to Dirty wave who subsidised our expenses in putting on the fest this year, and honestly not many people could have asked if we would and gotten a yes, so if there’s anyone for punters to thank it’s Trash80 We love you all, we hope you had a great time and we hope to see you at other peoples chip shows, wherever in the world they may be.

I got to work with @interruptfest and a huge assortment of incredible chiptune artists at the start of March, including but not limited to @laamaa @_mikey303_ @harleylikesmusic @avrilcadabra @hope.dmg @azuria_sky and @trash80music alongside @ctrix64 to showcase an incredible lil tracker. An incredible weekend of fantastic music and even cooler company, I really hope that we get more chiptune festivals to hear the magnificent bleeps and bloops. Night one of Interrupt Main event is here!
