Support sounds for processing loss and feelings of overwhelm through music, gentle movement, and mindful release. This sound experience shares in collective feeling and energy practices for being with this moment. Join us for an embodied sound offering for being and returning.

Ashley Lauren Frith is a violist, singer, songwriter, facilitator of belonging and music educator. Her work is held and supported by a contemplative end of life Zen practice and yogic and somatic training, and is driven by deep healing and total liberation for all beings.
