Haven’t been a big Detroit music fan — whether it’s techno, electro, or rap — but some things just aren’t meant to be connected by visible dots. There’s always that invisible thread, and that’s why I’m warming up for DJ Stingray for the second time in my life. And it’s even a rare occasion for me to play before the same artist more than once in my career.
So tonight is about the unexpected and the unpredictable. Things are shaping up to take form in the dark corners of Elastica.
