Interface #26 4/26/26 Deconstructed Bossa Nova/Art pop/Tribal/Psychedelic/Glitch/Noise Back to 多馬 🐴🐴🐴🐎🐎🏇🏇🏇 從五月開始, Interface 將暫時休息，並轉為每季舉辦一次的活動。我做出這個決定，是因為我希望活動能被更好地策劃，創造更多國際藝術家、本地藝術家與在地觀眾之間獨特的交流可能，也能有更充裕的宣傳時間，或許也能讓所有參與者獲得更好的報酬。 另外，我現在有了一份全職工作，籌辦這些活動開始變得更像工作，而不再是單純的樂趣…… 感謝大家過去兩年的支持。沒有你們，這個系列不可能持續到現在。特別感謝 @ccc333ccc 為這個活動系列在台中提供空間與能量，讓它得以成長茁壯。 這次，我們的好朋友 Opal Beau 將帶著他的新專輯《Beautiful Blue Infinity》回到台灣巡演。現場還有精彩的演出，包括 glitch noise deconstructed club 藝術家 L6xtwzf30、tribal psychedlic 的 Betelnut Kangaroo，以及台中 Dao 的常駐 Sseth，將以 IDM、EBM 為這一晚劃下句點！ 那麼，在今年稍晚再次相見之前，來 Tomar 一起慶祝 Interface 26 吧！！！！！！！ From May onwards, interface will take a break and become a quarterly event. I’ve made this decision as i feel the events can be curated better, with more unique possibilities for exchange between international artists, local artists and local audiences, less rushed for promotion, and maybe more money for everyone involved. And I have a full time job now so hosting these events feels more like work instead of an actual enjoyment. Thank you all for your support over the past two years. Interface presents 🗣️ Speak Sing Strike 📢 Genre: 龐克/大叔/知識分子/Storytelling/improv/很會喝酒 這次的語言更容易進入理解。不同於我們以往以聲音為主的活動，Speak Sing Strike 集結了兩位來自不同傳統、卻彼此共鳴的說故事者。 Azmyl Yunor 自 1990 年代末以來一直是馬來西亞獨立音樂場景的重要人物，他透過歌曲來承載敘事。以馬來語與英語創作，他的作品融合個人反思與銳利的社會評論——他稱之為一種「轉化的藍調」。在這樣的形式中，他探討身份認同、城市生活與政治現實，將音樂作為直面生活經驗與集體張力的場域。 開樂亭凡笑 落語是一種傳統說書藝術，類似中國北方的相聲。表演者以單人坐姿進行，僅使用極簡道具，講述生動有趣的故事，並常以出其不意的笑點作結，引發滿堂笑聲。內容橫跨不同時代與角色，細膩帶出日常生活與懷舊情緒，讓幽默回到街巷與日常之中。 開樂亭凡笑本名戴開成，是台灣少數以中文演出落語的表演者之一。生於天津，旅居東京，從日文與建築設計背景轉入落語的世界。 雖然我自己很投入即興音樂，但目前覺得開樂亭凡笑的即興是我看過的 Top 5，Interface 也看過不少了。 這場也會有貓蚯蚓的 catmaoworm collective MPX，和開樂亭凡笑的大亂鬥。 不多說了，4/3 他們會親自跟大家說很多。 Speak Sing Strike Azmyl Yunor (MY) @azmylyunor 開樂亭凡笑 @daikaisei Catmaoworm Collective (MPX) 4/3 7pm 抵銷 + 自由樂捐 地點: 貓蚯蚓 台中西區大全街1號 設計 邱元男

🪼 Interface 25 🦋 Interface 25 隆重呈獻 Wrekmeister Harmonies 的台灣首演，並將完整演出最新專輯《Flowers in the Spring》。由 JR Robinson 與 Esther Shaw 組成的雙人組，穿梭於黑暗而遼闊的聲響場景之間，以 drone 與管弦極簡主義塑造層層推進的聲音結構。過往曾與 The Body、Mary Lattimore、Ryley Walker，以及 Xiu Xiu 的 Jamie Stewart 合作，並於 @thrilljockey 廠牌發行多張作品。 來自東京的 HUH——Kyosuke Terada 與 Takuma Mori——帶來猛烈且長篇幅的即興演出，將 junk rock、no wave 與 free jazz 正面衝撞。他們在法國廠牌 @anarchiveslabel 發行的首張黑膠 LP，入選 Bandcamp 2024 年最佳實驗音樂。本次演出將擴編為三重奏，加入貝斯手 Yan。 同場演出還有台灣／印尼電子雙人組 Sundialll，由 Alica Han 與 Rama Saputra 組成，融合人聲、回授與電子聲響，編織帶有民俗意象的聲音敘事。作品曾發行於 @yesnowavemusic 與 @wv_sorcerer_productions 。 最後，由本地 OG JJ 帶來一場經典 techno set，為整晚劃下強烈句點。 Interface 25 proudly presents the Taiwan debut of Wrekmeister Harmonies, performing their latest album “Flowers in the Spring” in its entirety with film. The duo of JR Robinson and Esther Shaw craft dark, immersive sound worlds shaped by monolithic drones and orchestral minimalism. With multiple releases on Thrill Jockey, they have collaborated with artists including The Body, Mary Lattimore, Ryley Walker, and Jamie Stewart of Xiu Xiu. Tokyo’s HUH—Kyosuke Terada and Takuma Mori—deliver fierce, extended improvisations where junk rock, no wave, and free jazz collide at full force. Interface 24 下午場 @catmaoworm 
決定把這場活動辦在下午時段，是因為覺得星期天就是那種你晚睡後的一天，你醒來時有點昏昏沉沉的，但還是會想出門走一下、曬點陽光、喝杯咖啡。在這樣的狀態下，以較低音量出現的陌生聲響，依然能為耳朵帶來一點溫柔的刺激。而活動結束後 還有時間在健康的時段吃晚餐。這是個週末的完美收尾。

Interface 23 音特廢 Noise Rap / Drone / Ambient / Live Dubstep / Deconstructed Club / Free Improv 今年最後一場了！？ 年末之際，我們將帶來幾組東京實驗音樂場景中最精彩的陣容。領銜的是傳奇氛圍雙人組 Praymate，由聲音藝術家 Koki Miyabe（ex-ENDON /AKBK/ TRIADOF13TH）與東京實驗活動中可說是 最 具代表性的主辦人 Kyosuke Terada（HUH / MAI MAO / THE OBEY UNIT / BAY CITY ROLAZ）負責影像與視覺。另一位來自東京 Dub-Hardcore 傳奇團體 @groundcover__ 的 Ataraw 也將以個人計畫 ΔΔΔ 加入陣容。我從 2013 年就開始追他們，雖然至今只發行過一張 EP，但常常會回去聽，超強的。
這次也很幸運能請到 NiN，帶來他瘋狂的破碎節奏與迷幻聲響設計（真的值得注意的傢伙）。 我剛成立的工業噪音Rap 三重奏 Zero Life（@mcjaw999 、PGR 和我）也將登台演出。 最後，還有定居台中的紐西蘭音樂人 Paul Timings 帶來他的 DIY Fuzz 效果器噪音吉他，以及老闆 小劉加入。

當晚的燈光由 Tispy Studio 讓演出進化

To close out the year, we’re bringing you some of Tokyo’s finest from the experimental music scene. Headlining is the cult ambient duo Praymate, featuring sounds from Koki Miyabe (ex-ENDON/AKBK/TRIADOF13TH) and audiovisual work by Kyosuke Terada- Top Tokyo music events Organiser (HUH / MAI MAO / THE OBEY UNIT / BAY CITY ROLAZ). Joining them is ΔΔΔ, the solo project of legend Ataraw from Tokyo’s dub-hardcore collective @groundcover__ . I’ve been following them since 2013; despite having released only a single EP, it’s still something I return to constantly.
 We’re also fortunate to have NiN, bringing his wild world of fractured beats and psychedelic sound design (this guy is to look out for). My newly formed industrial noise-rap project Zero Life (@mcjaw999 PGR and me) will be performing as well. And fuzzed-out DIY pedal noise guitar from Taichung-based Kiwi Paul Timings, alongside The Boss, Xiao Liu. Interface 21 音特廢 Post-Industrial / Experimental / DigitalAmbient / Improv / Electronic / Noise 柏林／紐約雙人組 Enxin/Onyx @enxin_onyx - Tot Onyx @tot_onyx （Tommi Tokyo）與 Hiro Kone @hk_patchbae （Nicky Mao）遊走於不和與和諧之間，編織出多變而令人不安的音景。從首張 EP Dorothy 到專輯 In Rupture，其不斷變化的電子聲響與幽靈般的人聲交織出充滿對抗性的質感，映照出他們在電影與舞蹈合作中的創作軌跡。他們的作品〈DIN DIAN〉亦收錄於 2020 年柏林 Atonal @berlinatonal 合輯 More Light。帶著金屬感、野性與鮮活能量的音樂，廣受熱烈好評，而他們極度狂放的現場演出更是絕對不容錯過。 同場演出的還有來自維也納的藝術家 Subletvis @subletvis (Moritz Nahold），其數位音樂在抽象與熟悉之間遊走，以強烈的張力邀請聽眾進入更高度的感知狀態。Cheng Daoyuan @clansiechengdaoyuan 則透過實驗性的多媒體形式，探索幽暗的後工業聲響世界。Dutch E Germ @dutchegerm 與 Lica @alicahanlica 攜手合作，將即興電子與現場打擊融合，帶來充滿動態能量的表演。 Berlin/NYC duo Enxin/Onyx, Tot Onyx (Tommi Tokyo) and Hiro Kone (Nicky Mao), teeter between discord and harmony, crafting mutable, unsettling soundscapes. From their debut EP Dorothy to LP In Rupture, shifting electronics and haunted vocals create mercurial, confrontational textures, reflecting their work across film and dance collaborations. Their track “DIN DIAN” appeared on Berlin Atonal’s 2020 box set More Light. Metallic, feral, and alive, their music has gained widespread enthusiasm, and their wildly unhinged live performances are not to be missed. Also performing, Viennese artist, Subletvis (Moritz Nahold), inhabits spaces between the abstract and familiar, his intense digital music inviting heightened presence. Cheng Daoyuan explores a murky, post-industrial soundworld through experimental multimedia formats. Dutch E Germ and Lica join forces, merging improvised electronics and live percussion.
