Groundworks are taking shape at our Surfers Paradise site, with formwork and steel fixing setting the foundation for what’s to come.
Every detail at this stage is executed with intent - laying the groundwork for a residence worthy of its position on one of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious blocks.

6 weeks back on site and the progress has been exceptional.
Since the slab was poured, we’ve completed:
• First & second storey framing
• Structural joist system
• Block walls
• Custom planter boxes formed & poured
• Trusses installed
From foundations to form - precision at every stage.
And we’re only just getting started. 🏗️✨
