❣️We had the absolute pleasure of catering Fay & Ralph’s incredible wedding last month at the iconic De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London—An extraordinary occasion marked by heartfelt moments, exquisite food, and the presence of 350 cherished guests.
Guests were treated to a flavour-packed feast that started with Thai fish cakes served with Asian slaw and a touch of sriracha mayo, while vegetarian guests enjoyed sundried tomato and mozzarella arancini with rich pomodoro sauce and parmesan shavings. For mains, we served melt-in-your-mouth beef short rib with charred carrot, potato dauphinoise, and a rich jus, alongside a spiced aubergine dish with jewelled grains and tahini—a vibrant and satisfying vegetarian option.
Dessert was a refreshing burst of sweetness with a zesty lemon tart and raspberry sorbet, followed later in the evening by generous fruit platters, gourmet hotdogs, and our ever-popular burger sliders—perfect fuel for guests who danced late into the night.
It was a joy and an honour to serve Faye & Ralph’s wonderful guests on such a special day. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do.
