This didn’t happen by accident. It’s been consistency, discipline, and showing up even when I didn’t feel like it.
The crazy thing is that both videos were shot in the same part of the race. The final 4k! But 2 completely different runners.
When I ran my first marathon last year, I’ll be honest I had no clue what I was doing. But I knew one thing — I could be better.
Fast forward 12 months and I’ve run 2 sub 3:40 marathons in 2 weeks!
Progress isn’t perfect, but it’s possible.
I didn’t do this alone. Being part of @826active@mafiamoves_ has really expedited my progress. Being around the right people will change everything. If you’re thinking about starting running, or looking for a community please start with these communities. You’ll be welcomed with open arms.
This is just the beginning.

9 minutes shaved off Paris… just 2 weeks ago.
Didn’t expect it to hurt that much. Mentally drained, legs heavy but the London crowd carried me home. There were moments I wanted to stop, but my city wouldn’t let me.
On the day, it didn’t matter what club you ran for it felt like one massive team 🏁

LONDON MARATHON 2026 🇬🇧
Two marathons in two weeks… I genuinely didn’t know I had that in me. Paris set the tone, but London pushed everything further. Back-to-back PBs still doesn’t feel real.
So much to unpack from this one. The crowds, the energy, the moments that hit when it got tough. I’ll share more soon, because this race deserves it.
Grateful, tired, and already thinking about what’s next.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks — not much posting, but plenty of memories made. From Paris to now, where I clocked a new PB (by 4 seconds… we take those 😅).
Taper mode has been real, so not much running lately, but trust me the legs are ready.

Paris Marathon 🏅3:39:21
That was an unintended 4 second PB. The goal wasn’t to PB the race. It was to build a strategy for London Marathon and get through the race pain free.
London Marathon next week and the goal is to dip below 3:30:00 for the first time. Pris Marathon has given me the confidence to go all out and attack this race.
