You don’t believe what’s happening in Connecticut right now!!
The first ever 50h Inside Flow teacher training is fully on and I must say I’m enjoying every single second of it! This is a dream coming true!! We’re flowing all day through all of the emotions, we’re crying, laughing and having A LOT of goosebumps over here!
The energy in the room is so special, thank you America for this amazing experience!! You are all amazing!

June Highlight : The Elite Training ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Things I learned in June :
1. Stay afraid, but do it anyway. What’s important is the action. You don’t have to wait to be confident. Just do it, and eventually, the confidence will follow. My fear of losing the chance to teach for The Elite Training was bigger than my fear of losing my face in front of 45 super experienced IF teachers. I still feel I screwed up big time, but I knew that without struggle, there won't be any progress. Took me 3 days to suck it all up, accept, and move on. In the end, I was proud i took that chance.
2. Sometimes, good things fall apart, so better things can fall together. Healing from a broken heart could look different than you think. Because once your heart is broken, some part of it will remain so. But, this could be beautiful because brokenness is an aspect of love. The pain you feel right now actually connects you more deeply to all of humanity. You may in some way feel like you lost one thing, one person, but you have gained the world.
3. The power of community. Inside Flow Community to me is a rare breed of people that go ALL in. They give it all. They go extra miles. They work so hard and so passionately for what they love and believe. They never get tired of bettering themself. They are loyal and supportive. They were not so good in giving feedback because we are all too kind to each other, but we are getting better at it. 🤣 #lessbread or #nobread #onlywasabi . BUT when they are together, it is almost impossible not to create magic ✨️ #wemoveasone
4. Forgivenes is the highest form of love. And I know it’s personal, but forgiveness is not about approving what happened. It’s choosing to rise above it. Start from forgiving yourself first, and let yourself heal..
5. The subtle art of not giving a F%*K haha..😂 still on progress to learn how to turn pain into a tool, trauma into power, and problems into slightly better problems. Mostly to be comfortable with all the shits life throws at us because it will always throw a lot of shits, trust me.
Now, I will need to go on #recovery mode after all what happened in June! 😆🥰🫠

Last week was intense! For the first time ever, many Junior, Senior and Pro Teachers from all around the globe came together to meet for the Elite Training in Frankfurt, Germany. I've never experienced anything like it. 🥹🤩🤯🥳 We were brainstorming in regards to the future of Inside Flow. We learned so much about communication, teaching skills, and personal growth.
Some moments were so tough – for everyone.
Some were filled with pure happiness – for everyone.
Just within this one week, we all changed a lot and grew a lot. And now we're taking it to our country's communities and spreading the joy and the messages forward, to grow the community to become the biggest in the world. ✨️
So I decided to this Inside Flow "Lessons" by Dermot Kennedy the new #flowofthemonth I dedicate it to that crazy, fantastic week and everybody it involved. Thank you so much for being such a relevant part of Inside Flow. 🫰
