In the second half of this year, a new milestone will be achieved as a South Korean private launch vehicle carries a payload from a domestic private company into space for the first time. 🚀
For the upcoming Q3 launch of HANBIT-Nano from the Alcântara Space Center in Brazil, INNOSPACE will launch its first proprietary test satellite, ‘InnoSat-0,’ together with a satellite deployer developed by South Korean space company SpaceBey.
This collaboration represents a meaningful step toward building an integrated operational framework across South Korea’s space ecosystem — connecting the launch vehicle, satellite, and deployer system. ♾️
SpaceBey previously demonstrated the reliability of its satellite separation technology during the 4th launch of South Korea’s Nuri-ho (KSLV-II) in 2025.
Currently, both companies are conducting integration testing at the INNOSPACE Cheongju Campus, including mechanical and electrical interface verification and separation sequence testing between the deployer and ‘InnoSat-0,’ accelerating preparations for launch readiness. ⚡🔧
INNOSPACE will continue expanding technical collaboration with domestic space companies while advancing its ‘End-to-End Space Platform’ strategy that integrates launch services, satellite development, and future space data capabilities.

100여 명의 국내 적층제조 전문가 및 산업 관계자들이 함께한 이번 세미나에서는 단순 기술 소개를 넘어, 우주·방산·모빌리티 분야를 중심으로 AI 기반 제조 SW, 발사체·로켓 엔진 적층제조, 대형 AM 공정, 품질 및 추적 시스템 등 적층제조 밸류체인 전반에 걸친 심도 있는 논의가 이루어졌습니다. ⚙️🏭
이노스페이스 박영일 상무는 ‘3D Printing으로 구현된 로켓 엔진, 그리고 그 미래’를 주제로 발사체 엔진 개발 과정에서의 적층제조 적용 사례와 향후 기술 방향성을 공유했으며, 조인택 상무는 ‘AM 표준체계 기반 제조 자율화와 추적성 중심 품질체계 로드맵’을 주제로 적층제조 기반 품질 관리 및 제조 혁신 전략에 대해 발표했습니다.

This visit was organized to review the technological capabilities and current status of leading aerospace deep tech companies in the New Space era, and to discuss future growth opportunities for the regional venture ecosystem. 📈
Prior to the roundtable, Minister Han toured INNOSPACE’s hybrid rocket development site—validated through the successful test launch of HANBIT-TLV—and shared insights on building a private-led space industry ecosystem and global expansion strategies. 🌐
